Eurus Studio (“Eurus,” “Eurus Labs“, “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an end-to-end OS for creative and media production. To provide our platform and AI-powered tools, we collect, process, and store certain information about you and the content you create. By using Eurus Studio, you agree to the practices described below.

A. Personal Information
We collect personal information you provide directly or through third-party authentication:

Google OAuth / Firebase Authentication info
Firebase UID and backend user ID
Profile image (from Google, if granted)
Authentication tokens stored locally (access and refresh tokens)
B. Payment Information
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.
Eurus does not store or process credit/debit card numbers.
C. User-Generated Content
Eurus is a creative workspace. We store the content you create or upload, including:
Projects, workflows, node canvas configurations
Scripts, dialogues, shot lists, documents
Media files: images, video, audio
Character profiles, metadata, descriptions
Voice samples, voice configuration, TTS/STT assets
Timeline data, editing settings, and project structure
Google Drive files (if integrated via OAuth)
D. Technical & Usage Data
We automatically collect:
IP address
Browser details, device type
Login timestamps and project modification timestamps
Collaboration presence (cursor position, active users, live presence)
Model execution logs, metadata of AI runs
Subscription details, credit usage, transaction history
Crash logs, performance events
Local storage data (tokens, cached user info)
E. Location Data
General location (derived from IP) for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
A. Operate Eurus Studio
Authenticate your account
Load, render, store, and sync your projects
Provide real-time collaboration
Deliver AI-powered tools (image/video/audio generation, analysis, etc.)
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Maintain platform security
B. AI Processing
To run your requests, your content may be sent to third-party AI providers:
OpenAI
Azure OpenAI
FAL.ai
Runway ML
ElevenLabs
Google Gemini
Anthropic
Stability AI, Black Forest Labs, Luma AI, Pika, and others as features are added
This includes prompts, scripts, images, audio, video, metadata, and configuration details.
Where required by their policies, these providers may process or store content according to their own terms.

3. Data Sharing

When you share a project:
their email is stored in the project’s access list
they can view your presence data (cursor, active users)
they can access all shared content

4. Data Storage & Retention
Where Data Lives
Firestore (Google Cloud): project data, metadata, collaboration
Azure Blob Storage: media uploads & AI-generated assets
PostgreSQL/Cosmos DB: accounts, subscriptions, credit history
LocalStorage (browser): authentication tokens
Retention
Data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Deleted items may persist in server backups briefly.
AI-generated assets are stored until you delete them.
Access tokens for integrations (e.g., Google Drive) remain until revoked.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
Eurus uses:
LocalStorage (tokens, session state)
Cookies (if analytics or marketing tools are enabled)
OAuth session cookies (Google)
You may disable cookies; however, platform functionality may be affected.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have:
Right to access your personal data

Files you choose to import/export are processed only for your use
